Job summary

Visible Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to support the Contract Manager and project teams with project paper work, filing and documentation on construction sites in Kuala Lumpur. The role includes taking-off measurements, issuing quotations requests, cost comparisons and handling monthly progress claims and final accounts.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of related experience, preferably with a main contractor QS background, and must be fluent in

Qualifications

• Speak and write in English and Malay
• Able to work independently and travel with own transport
• At least 3 years related working experience, preferably as a main contractor QS
• Dedicated and hardworking

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract Manager or Project Team on the projects' paper works, filing, and documentations
• Conduct taking-off and measurements for construction projects
• Request quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Analyze costing and summarize cost comparisons
• Award sub-contracts
• Work on monthly progress claims, VOs, and final accounts
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Superior or Management
