Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator to check all M&E drawings against Architectural and Structural drawings and to control M&E drawings on-site. You will coordinate, supervise and monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site, conduct M&E coordination meetings, and ensure installations comply with tender specifications and quality standards.

The role reports to the Project Manager and requires proactive inspection, clear documentation, and timely communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Check M&E drawings against Architectural & Structural drawings.
• Review drawings to ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Check all M&E drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site
• Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower
• Conduct M&E coordination meeting with all M&E subcontractors
• Ensure installations are carried out according to tender technical specification, drawings & check quality of workmanship
• Any other duties assigned by management
