Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure alignment with the approved project schedule.
• Update project schedules regularly based on actual site progress and developments.
• Prepare and maintain S-Curve analysis to monitor project performance against baseline schedules.
• Identify potential delays and highlight schedule risks to project teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal review.
• Compile and maintain project documentation including schedules and reports.
• Assist in preparing documents related to Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Attend and support project progress meetings with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate with teams to gather progress updates and ensure planning data accuracy.
• Support planning activities for various construction projects.
