Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or administration within construction.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multi-task capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and liaise between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and management.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines and progress reports to track milestones.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including contracts, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, assisting with cost tracking and reporting to ensure financial compliance.
• Assist in quality assurance and control activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support the project manager with administrative tasks and procurement coordination.
• Maintain organised project files and documentation systems for easy access.
