Gadang Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a contract basis. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of complex construction projects.
Based at our site office in Bukit Tinggi, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide regular stakeholder updates, and continuously optimise plans to improve efficiency and productivity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Planner to join the Gadang Group of Companies' team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the company's construction projects through effective project planning and scheduling.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and meet key milestones
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation
Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of the project
Continuously optimising project plans to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensuring compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and industry best practices
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction / Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a Project Planner within the construction industry
Must be proficient in Primavera P6, with strong experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Possess own transportation and be willing to work at our site office in Bukit Tinggi area.
