Job summary

Superb Impression Creationz in Malaysia is seeking a Project Planner to develop, maintain, and update project schedules using MS Project. The role requires coordinating with site teams and stakeholders to reflect progress against milestones.

You will monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and prepare look‑ahead schedules with recovery plans. Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field, 3–5 years of scheduling experience, and strong communication are essential; salary from RM4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Project; Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the overall project schedule using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and ensure schedules accurately reflect site activities and project milestones.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather progress updates and ensure schedule alignment.
• Track project performance against the approved baseline programme and identify critical path activities, potential delays, and scheduling risks.
• Prepare look‑ahead schedules and recommend recovery or mitigation plans to minimise project delays.
• Coordinate manpower planning, material delivery schedules, and construction sequencing to support project execution.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, project status updates, and scheduling analyses for management and clients.
• Maintain accurate project planning documentation, including baseline schedules, revised programmes, and delay records.
• Attend progress meetings and present project schedule updates, key milestones, and critical issues.
• Conduct schedule and delay analysis to support project planning, progress monitoring, and extension of time (EOT) assessments where required.
