Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, codes and safety regulations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
