Job summary

Landhon Builders in Selangor is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer or Construction Manager with at least 5 years' experience in building or infrastructure projects to lead site operations on a major project in Puchong.

You will oversee safety, quality, and environmental standards, supervise subcontractors, coordinate with authorities and clients, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, reporting progress to Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Possess CIDB Green Card; added advantage if registered with DOSH.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to the Project Manager.
• Solve site issues and liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients as necessary.
• Ensure all materials and manpower are available as per the construction schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation.
