Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final completion and handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers with clear communication and coordination across stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and QA checks to ensure compliance with specs, codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage contracts, permits, change orders, and technical drawings.
