5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks a Compensation & Benefits Admin to support data transmission between HR systems and ensure accurate duplication of local HR data into Compensation & Benefits platforms.

You will assist the Compensation Specialist with package preparation, keep tools and databases updated, and monitor dashboards for bot performance. The role may involve shift work to support Western Europe activity.

Formación

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to navigate multiple HR tools.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and platforms such as Power BI and PowerApps.

Responsabilidades

Support data transmission between HR systems (e.g., SAP, People Connect, PGT).
Assist Compensation Specialist to duplicate HR data into Compensation & Benefits platforms for package preparation.
Ensure Compensation & Benefits tools and databases are updated.
Monitor Bot performance dashboard and report issues to the Compensation Implementation Centre.
Participate in system implementations of Compensation-related projects (policies deployment, systems updates).
Assist with other Compensation-related tasks (mass uploads, data audits).
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy guidelines and relevant legislation.
May work on shifts to support Western Europe activity.
