Job summary

You will handle compensation cycles, respond to employee inquiries, and support process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and governance across local and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, review, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programmes.
• Assist in the development of compensation policies, salary structures, and benchmarking.
• Support annual compensation cycles including salary review, bonus administration, and benefits renewals.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for employee benefits.
• Handle HR Helpdesk enquiries related to compensation, benefits, policies and processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee records and HR data in relevant systems.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives and continuous process improvement.
