Oleon, a unit of Avril, is hiring a Commercial Operations Officer in Klang to manage order processing and end-to-end shipments. You will coordinate with Production, Logistics, and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation, using SAP/S/4HANA and OpenText tools.

The role requires strong communication, data management, and ERP experience, with work based at Centro Mall, Klang. A permanent contract offers stability and growth within the Sales & Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
• Experience with SAP / S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders in SAP/S/4HANA accurately and per requirements.
• Plan and coordinate shipments from order confirmation to delivery.
• Coordinate shipment procedures with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines.
• Liaise with customers, importers/exporters, freight forwarders and customs on logistics matters.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates.
• Maintain master data and records; support MPOB reporting.
• Provide after-sales support and handle order-related inquiries.
• Back-up support to Customer Service / Commercial Operations team.

We are looking for a Commercial OperationOfficer to further strengthen our Sales & Marketing department.

After the Account Manager receives a confirmation of an order, agreement or sales contract, responsible for the follow-up of the order from start to finish in order to ensure a qualitative and timely delivery of products to customers

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• To process customer orders in S/4HANA and OTMaccurately and according to customer requirements
• To plan and coordinate shipments from orderconfirmation to delivery, ensuring timely delivery
• To coordinate shipment procedures anddocumentation with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, FreightForwarders, Transporters and Shipping Lines
• To liaise with customers, importers, exporters,freight forwarders, transporters, Customs Department and relevantgovernment agencies on shipping, import/export and logistics matters
• To prepare and verify shipping and commercialdocuments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates ofanalysis, certificates of origin and other required documents
• To prepare and apply for Certificates of Originthrough MITI and the local Chamber of Commerce, as well as other exportdocuments
• To scan and maintain shipping and commercialdocuments in OpenText for proper record keeping and traceability
• To update sales and transaction information inthe shared Excel file after sales invoice issuance to support MPOBreporting
• To prepare and submit tax exemption applications,including Schedule A and Schedule C, and follow up on the required documents and approvals
• To provide after-sales support and respond tocustomer enquiries on orders, shipment status, documentation and relatedmatters
• To manage returns, credit notes and othercustomer-related cases, including obtaining the necessary approvals andsupporting documents
• To maintain accurate customer, order, shipmentand other relevant master data and records
• To provide back-up support to the CustomerService / Commercial Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
• To support other Commercial Operations / CustomerService activities, reports and projects as required
• To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superiorfrom time to time

You’ll succeed if:

• You have process at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications can be considered
• You have good communication and coordination skills
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
• You have experience in SAP / S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage
• You have knowledge in shipping and commercial documentation
• You have basic knowledge of import/export and logistics procedures is an advantage
• You are familiarity with OTM / OpenText is an advantage
• You have good data entry and record-keeping skills
• You are able to organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• You have motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
• You must be willing to work at Centro Mall, Klang
