Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Commercial & Business Operations Coordinator to provide operational, commercial, and admin support to core business teams. You will bridge project execution with daily business, assist with channel operations, SISO flows, and financial tracking while collaborating with local stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in commercial operations or related fields, strong Excel/SharePoint skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of commercial processes (channel management, SISO flows) and basic financial scope (budget tracking, PO management).
• Structured and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently without dropping balls.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders and senior teams for deliverables.
• Proficient in productivity and enterprise tools (Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams/Planner).

Responsibilities

• Commercial & Channel Operations Support: provide operational support for commercial management and channel strategies, including coordination and sales/distribution flow administration.
• Monitor and coordinate stock-in/stock-out (SISO) flows, inventory visibility, and related logs to maintain day-to-day alignment.
• Compile commercial reports, track local sales/operational KPIs, and maintain commercial documentation.
• Compile and follow up on local entity data from Project teams across milestones.
• Foundational Finance & Administrative Support: PO tracking, budget monitoring, and invoice-to-procurement coordination.
• Assist entity teams with financial checks, ensuring alignment with local guidelines and project tracking.
• Key User & Project Action Plan Tracking: act as admin contact for Key Users and LA owners; track deliverables and testing schedules.
• Communication & Documentation Management: cascade project updates and maintain repository of documents and process maps.
• Foundational Finance & Administrative Support: PO tracking, budget monitoring and invoicing coordination.
• Key User & Project Action Plan Tracking: manage action items and testing schedules.
