Job summary

China Railway Electrification Engineering Group (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites a capable Commercial/Quantity Surveying professional to support ongoing projects in Malaysia.

You will assist in contract administration, cost control, progress payments, and commercial documentation to ensure project financial integrity. You will also contribute to business development, track project opportunities, communicate with clients, and help with tendering activities including cost estimation and tender

Qualifications

• Strong professionalism, dedication, and sense of responsibility.
• Relevant working experience and the ability to carry out assigned duties independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• High proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in commercial management, cost control, contract administration, or tendering for construction or engineering projects in Malaysia will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
