Job summary

MCC Technique seeks a dedicated professional to support MD in developing business strategies to secure projects and implement them effectively. The role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction and adhering to quality objectives.

You will work closely with senior management to shape business development, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for new contracts while ensuring compliance with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• To assist MD for the development of business strategies towards securing of projects, implementation of projects, achievement of customer satisfaction and meeting Company quality objectives.
• To work closely with MD to determine Company’s business development.
• To manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
• To analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
• To monitor local and federal regulations.
• To bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
• To recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.
• To track, monitor and evaluate monthly performance to meet Company objectives.
• To develop, train and motivate subordinates to excel in all Company projects or activities.
• To ensure the awareness of quality management system and its requirements by all subordinates.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by superior.
