Job summary

You will optimize machine capacity, minimize downtime and costs, enforce 5S, safety and environmental compliance, and align cross-department processes with company goals. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation activities to ensure productivity, quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure machine capacity and conditions sustain production output.
• Optimize machine facilities and assets to minimize downtime and costs.
• Manage and lead Production, Maintenance and Logistic departments.
• Implement quality assurance to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify improvements for OTD, waste, productivity, utilities, maintenance and transportation costs; implement plans.
• Organize and coordinate activities, projects and tasks for improvement.
• Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, review and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-departments to align operations with objectives.
• Provide strategic budgets, forecasts and resource allocation.
• Manage operation team including manpower planning, hiring, training, performance management.
• Ensure 5S housekeeping, tidiness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Responsible to manage daily operation activities, ensure productivity, quality, on-time delivery (OTD) meet customers’ requirements.

Responsible to ensure machine capacity and conditions are functioning to cater production output sustainability.

Responsible to optimum machine facilities, and physical assets run at peak efficiency to minimize downtime and control costs.

To manage and lead Production, Maintenance and Logistic departments.

Responsible to implement quality assurance measures for products or services. Ensure that products or services meet or exceed the Company's quality standards to fulfil customer expectation.

Responsible to identify areas for improvement, including on-time delivery (OTD), waste management, productivity, utilities consumption, maintenance cost, transportation cost, and other operational activities. Develop and implement the improvement plan and strategies to improve operations and ensure that the Company's goals are achieved.

Responsible to organize and coordinate various activities, projects, and tasks for improvement.

Responsible to optimize the workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsible to develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations and improvement.

Responsible to collaborate and communicate with cross-departments to align operations process with Company’s objectives and customers’ expectation.

Responsible to provide strategic budgets, forecasts, and resources allocation to meet Company’s goals.

Manage operation team, including manpower planning, hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsible to ensure proper implementation of 5S housekeeping, tidiness, and cleanliness of operation.

Responsible to ensure employees are comply with safety and environmental regulations and procedures at all time.

Undertake other tasks as assigned by the superior as and when required.
