Ditrolic Energy Group in Malaysia is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive B2B sales and GTM execution for Enerloop solutions, including BESS, analytics, carbon management and RECs. You’ll own the commercial journey from lead to close and expand market adoption across Enerloop’s portfolio.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, coordinate with technical, product and operations teams, and deliver winning projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 7–10 years in B2B sales or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong win-win negotiation, business development and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with Enerloop growth objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing with GTM execution.
• Build relationships with C-suite, property owners, facility managers, and energy managers.
• Lead cross-functional teams including BD, engineering, product, sustainability and operations.
• Represent Enerloop at industry events and strategic engagements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Handover closed opportunities to delivery and ensure customer retention.
