Job summary

Ditrolic Energy seeks a Project Finance Lead to drive renewable energy infrastructure funding, including structuring debt, equity and blended finance, and managing bankability with development banks and investors. Based in Malaysia, the role entails leading capital raising efforts and coordinating cross-border financial activities across Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• CFA or equivalent designation.
• Experience in renewable energy transactions and infrastructure financing.
• PE-backed environment or high-growth energy platform experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute project finance deals for solar, wind, battery storage, and hybrid projects.
• Oversee financial modeling, risk allocation, and bankability assessments.
• Negotiate term sheets, financing agreements, and coordinate due diligence with legal and technical advisors.
• Support acquisition and divestment of renewable energy assets across Asia.
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and investment committee presentations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize asset performance and returns.
