Ditrolic Energy Group is seeking an organized Business Development Support professional in Malaysia. You will manage CRM records, update the sales pipeline, and assist with proposals, tenders and procurement documentation.

The role includes preparing reports, trackers and documentation while ensuring accurate records and smooth BD operations. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business fields with 2–5 years in related roles, familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics 365) and

Reports To: Regional Business Development Manager

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional to support our Business Development team across sales operations, CRM management, reporting and documentation.

• Manage and maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates and opportunity tracking.
• Support proposal, tender and procurement documentation.
• Prepare administrative reports, trackers and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, document control and version management.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and track follow-up actions.
• Support BD processes, workflows, system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth BD operations.
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Administration, Sales Administration, Sales Operations or BD Support.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, engineering, construction or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, coordination, reporting and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in supporting the full BD sales pipeline, from proposal and tender stages through contract execution, project tracking and COD.
