Ditrolic Energy Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Development – Pipeline Growth to accelerate its C&I customer acquisition and pipeline growth in the Central Region. The role focuses on execution and conversion, engaging customers from initial contact through proposals, negotiations and contract progression, with pricing decisions reserved for senior management.

Formación

• 3–7 years’ experience in business development, sales or key account development, preferably within the energy sector.
• Proven experience in C&I customer acquisition and business development.
• Existing network and relationships with C&I customers would be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with corporate electricity requirements and energy solutions is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and convert a sales pipeline.
• Strong presentation, customer engagement and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable developing new customers.
• Able to independently manage customer engagement, proposals and follow-ups.
• Based in Central Region / Klang Valley, with the ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and continuously grow Ditrolic’s C&I business pipeline.
• Identify and approach new commercial and industrial customers.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, industrial groups, commercial property owners and other corporate energy users.
• Introduce EnerLoop and EnerGreen solutions to prospective customers.
• Generate, qualify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective C&I customers, particularly within the Central Region.
• Manage opportunities from initial customer engagement through proposal, negotiation and contract progression.
• Proactively drive opportunities towards conversion rather than focusing solely on lead generation.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
• Maintain clear next actions, timelines and commercial milestones for each opportunity.
• Develop existing customer relationships to identify further business opportunities.
