Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Malaysia and Indonesia seeks a Senior Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Commercial Excellence expert to lead segmentation, targeting, CRM and analytics within vaccines business units.

You will partner with Training managers and sales leadership to design and implement cross-country capability strategies, develop incentive schemes, drive omnichannel initiatives and deliver data-driven insights that boost field productivity and behavioural adoption across Malaysia

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, pharmacy, healthcare, analytics, information systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sales force effectiveness, commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, sales, marketing or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, BI/reporting tools, dashboards and sales performance management processes; experience with Veeva, Power BI or similar platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a commercial excellence partner to the Country Head and cross-functional teams by translating business priorities into practical SFE, CRM, analytics, incentive and omnichannel initiatives.
• Owns and continuously improves commercial effectiveness processes, including segmentation, targeting, territory planning, sales force sizing, performance dashboards and field force productivity tools.
• Uses data, market insights and business performance indicators to generate actionable recommendations that support decision-making and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
• Drives adoption of CRM, BI, reporting and digital engagement platforms through clear communication, training, user support and change management.
• Collaborates across Malaysia and Indonesia to harmonise ways of working, share best practices and ensure commercial excellence initiatives are locally relevant, compliant and aligned with regional direction.
