Job summary

Minimum 5–10 years in pharma/FMCG with strong data analytics, CRM, and dashboard experience; based in Petaling Jaya with a focus on regional performance and market growth.

Qualifications

• University degree in related field, sales, marketing, IT, or business.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG.
• Experience in data analytics, dashboards, or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reports are published and delivered on schedule.
• Monthly affiliate and regional reports.
• Sales data analysis for executive levels at S&OP, monthly sales meeting, and other analysis as requested.
• Lead GTM Exercise and data-based territory alignment to maximise profitability.
• Drive Sales Force effectiveness and productivity by setting KPIs and monitoring monthly field activity.
