Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a Commercial Effectiveness Manager to strengthen field execution and drive digital transformation across distributor networks and retail channels.

You will oversee SAP DMS core operations, analytics, and incentive dashboards while leveraging AI tools to automate reporting and uncover actionable opportunities for the Customer Development team. The role requires collaboration with distributors, IT, and finance to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in Commercial Effectiveness, Field Sales Ops, Sales Analytics, or Commercial Project Management in FMCG.
• Proven SAP DMS (Sales & Distribution) experience and mobile field-force app administration.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI scorecards for commercial performance.
• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, change management, and leadership communication.
• Exposure to distributor management with third-party distributor teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate field sales capabilities and optimize commercial performance as a bridge between Field Operations and the commercial org.
• Lead digital and operational transformation of field execution.
• Oversee SAP DMS platform usage, analytics, dashboards, and field incentive management.
• Drive modern analytics and AI tools to inform distributor networks and retailers.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve SAP DMS HH outcomes.
