Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is helping a global healthcare leader to hire a learning and talent development professional to elevate capabilities across the sales and marketing teams from Kuala Lumpur.

You will design onboarding, sales training curricula, and coaching frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams on commercial excellence, and measure impact on sales performance and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Science disciplines.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with a prior experience in sales and product training.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of partnering seamlessly across teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding, sales training curricula, and talent development initiatives for sales and marketing teams.
• Execute targeted coaching interventions, field enablement programs, and skill-building workshops to enhance performance.

The role:

• Drive Commercial Capability: Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding, sales training curricula, and talent development initiatives to elevate sales and marketing team effectiveness.
• Implement Coaching Frameworks: Execute targeted coaching interventions, field enablement programs, and skill-building workshops to enhance overall performance and field execution.
• Champion Commercial Excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic commercial excellence initiatives that align sales and marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Optimize Performance Metrics: Continuously assess capability gaps and strengthen commercial competencies to directly impact sales performance and drive business growth across the organization.
