Responsibilities

• Achieve collection performance aligned with branch targets
• Participate in marketing activities and lead generation
• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and profiling for business acquisition
• Ensure timely processing of documentation, disbursement, and credit monitoring per policy
• Engage with customers on sales-related matters, explain products, schedule appointments, collect documents, answer service questions
• Coordinate with Branch Credit Unit, Credit Admin, Legal and Compliance for end-to-end customer journey
• Contribute to developing and executing branch business plans to meet KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer and financing records for performance tracking
• Participate in internal audits and ensure regulatory and internal compliance
• Provide administrative support to Branch Credit Teams and branch management
• Build rapport and networking within customer organizations
• Ensure compliance with PMF guidelines and accurate classification of financing attributes

Job description

1.To ensure collection performance is achieved in line with the branch target.

2.Participate in marketing activities, promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.

3.Conduct preliminary customer assessments and profiling to support business acquisition efforts.

4.Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation, disbursement and credit monitoring in compliance with bank policy.

5.Engage directly with customers regarding sales-related matters, including product explanation, appointment scheduling, document collection and service enquiries.

6.Coordinate closely with Branch Credit Unit, Credit Admin, Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

7.Participate in developing and executing branch business plans to meet all KPIs and strategic goals.

8.Maintain accurate customer and financing records in internal systems to support performance tracking and reporting.

9.Participate in internal audits and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

10.Provide administrative support to Branch Credit Teams and branch management including meeting preparation, sales tracking and report compilation.

11.Build rapport and develop meaningful networking in the customer's organization.

12.Ensure consistent branch-level compliance with mandate segmentation reporting by accurately applying approved definitions, financing attributes, purpose codes, and classification logic in line with the new Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) guidelines, while minimizing operational disruption.
