Agrobank in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Officer to drive branch performance and grow the customer base in line with targets. You will engage customers, explain products, schedule appointments and collect documents to support sales.

You will coordinate with Credit, Legal and Compliance to ensure smooth processes, maintain records in internal systems, assist in audits, and help deliver branch plans and KPI achievement.

Responsabilités

• Ensure branch targets align to collection performance; support performance goals.
• Join marketing activities, promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and profiling to aid business acquisition.
• Ensure timely processing of documentation, disbursement and credit monitoring per policy.
• Engage with customers on sales matters: product explanations, appointments, document collection, inquiries.
• Coordinate with Branch Credit Unit, Credit Admin, Legal and Compliance for smooth journeys.
• Assist in developing and executing branch business plans to meet KPIs and strategic goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and financing records in internal systems for performance tracking.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Provide admin support to Branch Credit Teams and branch management: meetings, sales tracking, reports.
• Build rapport and networking within the customer's organization.
• Ensure branch-level PMF mandate compliance with approved definitions, financing attributes and codes.

Description du poste

1.To ensure collection performance is achieved in line with the branch target.

2.Participate in marketing activities, promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.

3.Conduct preliminary customer assessments and profiling to support business acquisition efforts.

4.Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation, disbursement and credit monitoring in compliance with bank policy.

5.Engage directly with customers regarding sales-related matters, including product explanation, appointment scheduling, document collection and service enquiries.

6.Coordinate closely with Branch Credit Unit, Credit Admin, Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

7.Participate in developing and executing branch business plans to meet all KPIs and strategic goals.

8.Maintain accurate customer and financing records in internal systems to support performance tracking and reporting.

9.Participate in internal audits and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

10.Provide administrative support to Branch Credit Teams and branch management including meeting preparation, sales tracking and report compilation.

11.Build rapport and develop meaningful networking in the customer's organization.

12.Ensure consistent branch-level compliance with mandate segmentation reporting by accurately applying approved definitions, financing attributes, purpose codes, and classification logic in line with the new Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) guidelines, while minimizing operational disruption.
