Job summary

Agrobank in Malaysia, part of Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad, is seeking a sales-driven professional to review customer accounts and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with the marketing team on product launches.

The role requires implementing a sales plan for consumer financing, deposits and BANCA products, and working with branch teams to grow deposits and BANCA income, achieving targets and expanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review of existing customer accounts to identify potential sales and manage new business opportunities.
• Working with the marketing team on a new product launches & variety of other marketing communication initiatives.
• Implement a sales and distribution plan for all consumer financing, deposit & BANCA related products.
• Work closely with the whole team at branch to grow deposit and banca, implement all strategies to achieve sales target and expanding business relationship
• To achieve the individual target’s Agrocash-I, Hartani-I, Low Cost and BANCA income focused on Agent Income.
