Job summary

GRAN INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to read engineering drawings, develop and modify CNC programs, and set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Johor, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CNC machining experience, strong ability to read drawings, and proficiency in CNC programming and setup. Chinese communication capability is required for collaboration with suppliers and team members.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.

Work closely with the production team to improve efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant CNC machining experience.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience with CNC milling or turning is preferred.
