Techware is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, optimise, and maintain CNC programs for precision parts production. You will interpret engineering drawings, create efficient machining programs using G-code and CAM software, and support production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include program development, tooling determination, simulations, and ongoing improvement of existing programs to boost efficiency and part quality.

Competenze

• Experience as CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and GD&T.
• Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software.
• Experience supporting CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Mansioni

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to develop, optimise, and maintain CNC programs for the production of precision parts and components. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, creating efficient machining programs using CAM software and G-code, and supporting production teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification, diploma, or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or engineering is an advantage.
