Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years CNC programming and operation experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for process optimisation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.

About the role 3E PRECISION SDN BHD' is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Skudai Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality mechanical components and parts. As a key member of our Mechanical Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate manufacturing of our products.
What you'll be doing
Program CNC machines to produce mechanical parts and components according to engineering specifications and drawings
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision
Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes and techniques
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to CNC programming and production
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and reduce waste
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Skilled in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimise production processes
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
