Job summary

3E PRECISION SDN BHD is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Skudai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will program and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality mechanical components and parts, playing a crucial role in our Mechanical Engineering team to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing.

You will work closely with engineering to optimize manufacturing processes, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Skilled in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines to produce mechanical parts and components according to engineering specifications and drawings.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to CNC programming and production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and reduce waste.
