Nueratec Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram, Johor is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop, optimise and maintain CNC programs ensuring efficient production and compliance with customer specs and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 2 years in CNC programming, with Mastercam or similar CAM software and the ability to read drawings and GD&T. On-site work with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Precision Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 2+ years CNC programming experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CNC programs from drawings and customer specs.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Improve machining processes to boost productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Support machine setup and troubleshoot programming issues.
• Modify/update CNC programs as required.
• Perform first article verification prior to production.
• Maintain programming docs and revision records.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimising, and maintaining CNC machining programs to ensure efficient production while meeting customer specifications and quality standards.

Requirement

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAM programming software is an advantage.
• Proficient in CNC Milling and/or Turning programming.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibility
