3E PRECISION SDN BHD in Skudai, Johor is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Mechanical Engineering team. In this full-time role, you will program and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision mechanical components in line with engineering drawings.

You will set up, run, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers to improve processes while maintaining detailed records and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years CNC programming and operation experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for process optimisation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines to produce mechanical parts per engineering drawings.
