Job summary

3E Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a quality inspector to perform high-precision measurement using CMM and inspect complex CNC machined parts.

You will interpret drawings, GD&T requirements and generate inspection reports to ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards. The role supports incoming, in-process, and final inspections, and requires maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS or Mitutoyo.
• High accuracy and strong technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection using measuring tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, pin gauge).
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Handle non-conformance parts and coordinate with production team.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
