Job summary

Ultimate Machining Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce high-precision components in a semiconductor/aerospace environment. You will program, edit, and optimize CNC operations for Fanuc and Mazak controls, perform first-piece and dry runs, and adjust feeds and speeds to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role emphasizes maximizing machine utilization, strict safety and housekeeping, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM level or equivalents.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Proven hands-on experience setting and operating both Fanuc and Mazak controls.
• 2–5+ years of precision machining experience in a semiconductor or aerospace fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain high quality parts per engineering specifications.
• CNC programming and editing for Fanuc and Mazak controllers.
• Execute first-piece run proving, dry runs, and adjust feed/speed overrides for safe, accurate machining.
• Maintain maximum machine utilization and throughput.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and general machine maintenance.
• Follow company procedures and cooperate for OT with supervisor.
• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor and ensure subordinates follow work instructions.

Job description

Produce and maintain a high quality of job according to the engineering specification.

CNC Programming & Editing: Create, modify, and optimize programs for both Fanuc and Mazak controllers.

Execute first-piece run proving, dry runs, and adjust feed/speed overrides to ensure safe and accurate machining.

Responsible for maintaining maximum utilization of machines.

Maintain good housekeeping, safety and general machine maintenance.

Understand and practice the company's procedure.

Cooperate to OT with supervisor.

To follow any other instructions, work responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.

To ensure that the subordinate following respective work instructions. (if any)

Requirements

Minimum SPM level or equivalents. Those with working experience will be an advantage.

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and specifications.

Proven hands-on experience setting and operating both Fanuc and Mazak controls.

2 to 5+ years of precision machining experience in a Semicon manufacturing or aerospace products fabrication.
