Min. Secondary/SPM/Diploma in PE/ME/Mfg/Mechatronics or its related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in related field Able to interpret technical drawings, and having welding knowledge. Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills
Programming: Writing and editing CNC programs using CAM software or directly at the machine console. Setting up machines: Installing and aligning fixtures, tools, and workpieces on the CNC machine according to blueprints or engineering drawings.
Operating machines: Running CNC machines to execute machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding. Monitoring: Monitoring the machining process to ensure it meets specifications and making adjustments as necessary.
Quality control: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and making necessary measurements using precision measuring instruments. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines, such as cleaning and lubricating, & troubleshooting and repair minor mecha issues.
Documentation: Keeping records of production runs, adjustments made, and any issues encountered during machining processes. Safety and compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and standards.
Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, programmers, and other team members to optimize machining processes and resolve production issues. Continuous improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in CNC machining operations.
