Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision machining team in Malaysia. You will write and edit CNC programs using CAM software or operate directly at the machine console, setting up fixtures and tooling for milling, turning, and grinding operations.

You will monitor processes, perform quality checks with precision instruments, and help maintain machines. Collaboration with engineers and technicians is essential to drive continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Min. Secondary/SPM/Diploma in PE/ME/Mfg/Mechatronics or related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in related field
• Able to interpret technical drawings and welding knowledge

Responsibilities

• Program CNC: write and edit CNC programs using CAM software or directly at the machine console
• Set up machines: install and align fixtures, tools and workpieces on the CNC machine
• Operate CNC machines: mill, turn, drill and grind while following blueprints
• Monitor machining processes and adjust as needed to meet specs
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments and perform QC
• Maintain CNC machines: cleaning, lubrication, troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Document production runs and issues for traceability
• Collaborate with engineers and programmers to optimize processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality
