Job summary

CNX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate, Technical Sales (Cloud) to generate new business and grow existing accounts. You will assess client needs, provide technical solutions, and train customers while leveraging deep product knowledge to drive sales and satisfaction.

The role involves attending meetings, supporting pre-sales, delivering technical proposals, and building relationships with stakeholders across levels to promote cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have cloud experience.
• Cloud certifications are good to have, such as GCP, Azure or AWS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional and confident in building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate relevant products and services.
• Support pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Assist partners in resolving technical roadblocks and provide guidance on technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to support sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend competitive solutions aligned with their business requirements.
• Advise customers and sales teams on the technical aspects of products and services.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients better understand and utilise the products.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and enquiries to maintain engagement and build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with decision-makers at different levels.
