Job summary

Huawei Technologies Malaysia invites fresh graduates to join the Huawei Cloud Computing technical support team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist customers and partners via tickets, email and phone, and help resolve issues under SLA guidelines.

The role provides on-site training and exposure to cloud, networking, security, big data, AI and Docker. Shift work is required, and guidance will be provided to grow in Huawei’s cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong Linux and basic cloud/networking knowledge.
• Security, big data, AI, database familiarity; Docker and coding helpful.
• HCIP/HCIE or related cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service; team collaboration.
• 2 years in a call-center for Voice/CCTV/Video Conference is a plus.
• Guidance and training will be provided; shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Huawei Cloud computing technical support.
• Support customers/partners via tickets, telephone, email and meetings.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis; handle SLA-based tickets.
• Interface with engineering partners/on-site engineers to fulfill requirements.
• Develop service FAQs and cases and share learnings.
