Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Operations Specialist (Fresh Grads - Team Lead) in Kuala Lumpur to manage non‑coding cloud administration, including client account setup, contract reviews, and billing management.

You will handle daily operations, prepaid balances, invoicing, and customer issues, with a leadership path for the Lead role. A degree in IT or BIS and 1–3 years cloud ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP, or MSPs).
• CGPA 3.5+ and notice period requirements.
• Detail-oriented with no coding interest.
• Experience in account lifecycles, billing ops, and vendor policies; leadership for Lead position.

Responsibilities

• Focuses purely on non‑coding cloud administration, including client account setup, contract reviews, and billing management
• Handles daily operational workflows, prepaid balance adjustments, invoice generation, and customer issue resolution
• Requires a strong commitment to process‑driven, structured, and repetitive task execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demands high service awareness, with flexibility to respond to urgent client inquiries outside regular working hours when needed.
