Job summary

TT UKoffer Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge our enterprise clients with global technical teams and drive successful cloud deployments. You will own client relationships, articulate value, and coordinate internal resources across the lifecycle.

This role requires hands-on experience with Java, cloud architectures, and platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus Docker/Kubernetes, enabling scalable, fault-tolerant solutions in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience, including Java development.
• Solid IT, computer science and cloud computing background with networking and enterprise apps.
• Proven cloud architecture design, distributed systems, and HA/DR with migration experience.
• Hands-on with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Serverless technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing technology consulting; familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Engage key clients, identify needs, and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Articulate value of cloud products and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources to drive technical decisions and adoption.
• Provide end-to-end customer success from implementation to optimization.
