Job summary

KS IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Coordination professional in Malaysia to qualify and follow up inbound leads, maintain CRM hygiene, and support order processing. You will coordinate handovers to Customer Success and contribute to renewals and upsell efforts.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, with 0–1 year of experience and a requirement for Malay and/or English communication skills. A dynamic tech environment awaits in Shah Alam.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• 0–1 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow-up inbound leads from marketing campaigns, web forms, and events based on defined criteria.
• Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene by ensuring all opportunities, activities, notes, and deal stages are updated accurately and promptly.
• Track deal progress and flag delays, missing information, or risks to the Sales Manager.
• Submit confirmed/won deals to Operations, Finance, or Fulfilment teams for order processing.
• Coordinate internal handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success or Onboarding teams.
• Support renewal and upsell preparation by generating reports on upcoming renewals, contract status, and customer usage data.
