Job summary

Unity Sphere Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist in Malaysia to manage cloud account activations, procurements, and service activations. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with cloud providers, and support pricing and vendor operations.

Requirements include experience with AWS/Microsoft/Google Cloud, and fluency in English and Mandarin. This is a 1-year contract with potential renewal and conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in Malaysia.
• Priority given to candidates with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud experience.
• Practical experience in cloud operations, technical support, cloud procurement, or service applications.
• Familiar with cloud account activation, quota requests, application procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Able to identify application blockers and coordinate solutions with cloud providers.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.

Job description

Employment Type: 1-year contract, renewable annually. Eligible for conversion to permanent employment in the third year, subject to performance and company assessment.

Platform-Specific Requirements

• AWS: Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock AI model access, activation, and related application issues is mandatory.
• Microsoft Azure: Experience in Azure subscriptions, resource provisioning, quota requests, and service activation.
• Google Cloud: Experience in Google Cloud account operations, billing, resource quotas, and service activation.
