Job summary

CELLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Clinic Support Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to assist with daily operations, maintain cleanliness, greet guests, manage deliveries, and support doctors and nurses with non-clinical tasks.

The role requires a minimum SPM qualification, a valid Class D driving license, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. You will help with parking, pantry items, event support, and ensure a professional, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors, nurses and clinic staff with non-clinical operational tasks.
• Support clinic events, promotions and marketing activities as needed.

The Clinic Support Assistant provides foundational support for daily workplace operations. Their core responsibilities include maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, running external errands, assisting with simple administrative tasks, greeting guests upon arrival, and assisting with parking and retrieve vehicles for customers upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, treatment rooms, consultation rooms, reception area, and common areas.
• Ensure clinic facilities, equipment, and supplies are properly organized and maintained.
• Greet guests upon arrival, open car doors, assist with park vehicles and securely tag, and organize vehicle keys to ensure vehicle keys returned to the rightful owners.
• Assist in welcoming and ushering patients/customers during their clinic visits.
• Provide refreshments and basic assistance to customers when required.
• Perform dispatch and runner duties, including Collecting documents, Banking matters, Purchasing clinic supplies, Delivering items to vendors or business partners
• Assist doctors, nurses, and clinic staff with non-clinical operational support.
• Monitor and replenish pantry items, cleaning supplies, and clinic consumables.
• Assist in setting up treatment rooms before and after procedures.
• Support clinic events, marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional campaigns when required.
• Ensure a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for all customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support smooth clinic operations
• Participate in training or professional development activities as needed
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Additional Requirement / Remarks

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Previous working experience in Hospital/ Medical Centre/ Healthcare Facility/ Aesthetic Clinic/ Hotel Housekeeping will be an added advantage.
• Possess valid driving license (Class D) and clean driving record with no major traffic offenses
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicle types, including both manual and automatic transmissions when required.
• Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and dispatch duties.
• Good attitude, responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
• Customer-friendly and able to interact professionally with patients and visitors.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to clinic operational requirements.
• No criminal record.
