Qualifikationen

• SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Private healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and visitors professionally; verify appointments.
• Register patients accurately in the Hospital Information System.
• Coordinate registration, appointments, billing preparation, and clinic documentation.
• Prepare consultation charges and coordinate with Finance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PDPA compliance.
• Support consultants, nursing staff and patients for smooth clinic operations.
