Job summary

Klinik Menara Bayan Lepas in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a customer service and patient care coordinator to handle inquiries by phone or WhatsApp, greet patients on site, and schedule appointments.

You will maintain privacy and confidentiality, follow up with patients, and perform ad-hoc duties while working as part of a friendly clinic team; diploma holders with 2+ years' experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service/patient care.
• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Background in customer/patient registration procedures.
• Smooth and efficient public relations.
• Problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate with good communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries and reply to customers/patients via phone (calls/WhatsApp).
• Receive enquiries and replies on-site within the clinic.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments (on-site/phone).
• Send reminders and confirm appointments with customers/patients.
• Provide follow-up to customers/patients.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of information/data.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• To receive enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients on-site (within clinic premise)
• To schedule and coordinate appointments for customers/patients (on-site/ via phone)
• To send reminder and confirm appointments with customers/patients
• To provide follow-up to customers/patients
• To maintain privacy & confidentiality of customer/patient related information/data.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management

Job Required
