Job summary

TC HEALTHCARE & WELLNESS SDN. BHD is seeking a friendly clinic receptionist to join our team at Kuah, Kedah. You will register patients, book appointments, answer calls, and assist with inquiries.

You will maintain patient records, handle payments and receipts, and keep the reception area tidy. You will support daily clinic operations while delivering excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service environment.
