Klinik Utama 24 Jam Lukut is seeking a responsible, friendly Clinic Assistant to support doctors and nurses in a 24-hour clinic setting in Lukut, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.

Your role includes patient registration, appointments, basic clinical tasks, medication preparation, billing, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate communicates well in Bahasa Malaysia and English and is willing to learn in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a 24-hour clinic with shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and nurses in daily clinic operations.
• Register patients, manage appointments, and handle enquiries.
• Assist in basic clinical procedures (vital signs, glucose testing, ECG, wound care, nebulization).
• Prepare patients for consultation and assist during procedures.
• Dispense and prepare medications as instructed.
• Handle payment collection, billing, and clinic documentation.
• Maintain patient records and filing.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and medications.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and nurses in daily clinic operations.
• Register patients, manage appointments, and handle patient enquiries.
• Assist in basic clinical procedures such as vital signs, blood glucose testing, ECG, wound dressing, nebulization, and other procedures as trained.
• Prepare patients for consultation and assist during medical procedures.
• Dispense and prepare medications according to clinic procedures and doctor's instructions.
• Handle payment collection, billing, panel claims, and clinic documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper filing.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and medications.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall organization of the clinic.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.
