Job summary

Southern Medical Group is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support doctors, prepare and label samples, and guide patients through screening with friendly service.

You will handle registration, scheduling, billing, and maintain patient data confidentiality while ensuring hygiene. Fresh grads are welcome; training provided; weekend shifts required; relocation within Johor Bahru may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma, preferably in science related field
• Exceptional customer service and good communication skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and strong teamwork skill
• Basic computer skill
• Must be willing to work on weekends
• Willing and able to relocate (within Johor Bahru)

Job Description

Assist doctors (Training will be provided)

Prepare and label test samples accurately (e.g., blood, urine)

Working hours: Am shift 8am - 4pm | Pm Shift 4pm - 12am | Night Shift 12am - 8am

Flexible off day, compulsory complete a minimum 180 hours
