Job summary

Koe Heart Specialist & Physician in Georgetown, Penang is seeking a proactive floor and administrative staff member to support daily clinic operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will coordinate with peers, respond to client inquiries with professionalism, ensure compliance with healthcare policies, and help maintain strong relationships with government personnel and business associates at a busy cardiology and internal medicine clinic established in 1994.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/O Level, Diploma, or Bachelor's in related field.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Hokkien.
• Experience or background in Healthcare/Medical Support preferred.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Hokkien is required. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Preferably entry-level candidates with a background in Healthcare, Nursing, or Medical Support.
• Computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
